Rick and Debbie Hutchinson Hutchinson left New Life Christian Fellowship 10 years ago and began with only an anointed vision. Over these 10 years, they have networked New Life Haiti International into an overarching ministry dynamically impacting the nations of Haiti and the Dominican Republic.
Since 2001, New Life Haiti International has over 2,000 adult bible graduates in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Pastor Rick & Debbie Hutchinson oversee 8 Adult Bible schools, 3 primary schools with one of them having a feeding program supplying food five days a week, and planted over 100 New Life churches. They also travel to remote villages and hire teachers, give the kids books and uniforms, establish feeding programs, bring in nurses, set up co-op gardens and aid in drilling and repairing water wells.
Since the earthquake in January 2010, many Haitians were left homeless and many children were left orphans. Twenty acres of land in Haiti has been provided to start New Life Children’s Home which should be finished by Summer 2011. After the building is completed, New Life Haiti International desires to build a nursing home.
A special dynamic of the ongoing vision includes the “Village Makeovers”, our plans to move into towns and villages to drill wells and bring infrastructure and to improve health and medical issues and to create industry and commerce for the villagers.
